Terms of Service

By using this website or placing an order with Miguel’s Latin Market, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

Miguel’s Latin Market reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary because of product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, operational limitations, or other reasonable circumstances.

If Miguel’s Latin Market cancels a paid order, the appropriate refund will be issued.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to accurately describe our products, prices, quantities, and Meat Plans.

Because many of our products are fresh meat products prepared or packaged by weight, slight variations in appearance, cut, packaging, or actual weight may occur.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and may not exactly represent the final prepared product.

Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available during Shopify checkout.

Orders must be successfully paid or otherwise authorized before they are processed unless another arrangement has been approved by Miguel’s Latin Market.

Local Delivery and Store Pickup

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct Local Delivery or Store Pickup option, delivery or pickup date, and available time window during checkout.

Customers are also responsible for providing an accurate address, telephone number, email address, and other information necessary to complete the order.

Local Delivery is available only within eligible delivery areas.

Perishable Products

Customers acknowledge that Meat Plans contain perishable and refrigerated foods.

Customers receiving a delivery should refrigerate or properly store products promptly after receiving them.

Miguel’s Latin Market is not responsible for deterioration caused by improper handling or storage after the customer receives the products.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Orders may generally be cancelled for a full refund before preparation begins. Once preparation has begun, refunds and cancellations are not guaranteed.

Promotions

Prices, discounts, free delivery promotions, product availability, and promotional offers may change at any time.

Any announced promotional period is subject to its stated terms and availability.

Changes to These Terms

Miguel’s Latin Market may update these Terms of Service when necessary.

Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Pedidos

Todos los pedidos están sujetos a aceptación y disponibilidad de productos.

Precios y Pagos

Los pedidos deben estar correctamente pagados o autorizados antes de ser procesados, salvo que Miguel’s Latin Market haya autorizado otro acuerdo.

Entrega Local y Recogida

El cliente es responsable de seleccionar correctamente Local Delivery o Store Pickup, así como la fecha y ventana de horario correspondiente.

El cliente también es responsable de proporcionar correctamente su dirección, teléfono, correo electrónico y demás información necesaria para completar el pedido.

La entrega local solamente está disponible dentro de las áreas elegibles.

Productos Perecederos

El cliente reconoce que los Planes de Carnes contienen alimentos perecederos y refrigerados.

Los productos deben refrigerarse o almacenarse correctamente inmediatamente después de recibirlos.

Miguel’s Latin Market no será responsable por deterioro causado por almacenamiento o manipulación inadecuada después de que el cliente haya recibido los productos.

Cancelaciones y Reembolsos

Las cancelaciones y reembolsos se rigen por nuestra Política de Reembolsos y Cancelaciones.

Los pedidos normalmente pueden cancelarse con reembolso completo antes de comenzar su preparación. Una vez iniciada la preparación, los reembolsos o cancelaciones no están garantizados.
